Ingredients &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;115g butter&lt;br /&gt;40g light muscovado sugar&lt;br /&gt;80g caster sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 egg&lt;br /&gt;1tsp vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;150g self raising flour&lt;br /&gt;75g porridge oats&lt;br /&gt;150g chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_KhNTmhrEVRE/SPA0LwrV7DI/AAAAAAAAA4A/4KGvX0JOjC0/s320/DSC03512.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5255758141791267890" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Had some time on hand today, so i took out mummy's cookie recipe book, Hilaire Walden, Cookies-Irresistible biscuits, brownies and bars, and made brownies..turned out pretty well, and everybody loved it..muahahaha..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150g plain chocolate&lt;br /&gt;120ml sunflower oil&lt;br /&gt;200g light muscodovo sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs&lt;br /&gt;1tsp vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;65g self raising flour&lt;br /&gt;4tbsp cocoa powder&lt;br /&gt;75g chopped walnuts&lt;br /&gt;4tbsp chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;Method&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
